Our stay was comfortable, greatly enjoyed delicious and hearty breakfasts.
It was perfect and clean hotel, exactly as described, with amazing friendly staff and fantastic location near the shops downtown. Location: the property was next to town centre, public transport, shops, restaurants and the harbour, and Bressay.

Modern, recently refurbished and spotless bathrooms. Reception staff were helpful and pleasant and we appreciated being able to leave baggage after check out for later pick up.
We did not feel that the quality of some of the food offered at breakfast was very good. Specifically, the cooked breakfast had a strong taste of fat and included very low quality sausages (deep fried and very fatty). Would expect better when paying £130 a night.

Comfortable rooms, with beautiful sea views. Friendly and helpful staff provide excellent service. The hotel is conveniently located, within walking distance to the town center and has ample parking on-site.
Some of the food served was inedible, including grey vegetables and undercooked pastry. Certain breakfast items, such as rancid butter and overcooked eggs, were not up to par.

Great location, close to shops and restaurants. the room was clean and comfortable, with modern bathroom facilities. It was a nice surprise to find out that breakfast was included.
The noise from the street could be heard in the room, making it difficult to sleep at times. there were no blackout curtains, which meant that the room became too bright in the morning, making it harder to sleep in.
